What We Offer

Innovative solutions, global expertise. Partnering for your success.

Our Solutions

At Arch, we offer global expertise for innovative credit risk solutions to meet the unique needs of our lending partners. Our collaborative approach involves understanding your specific challenges, constraints and long-term goals, ensuring a dynamic and evolving partnership.

Our commitment extends beyond financial returns, recognising the importance of delivering value to all stakeholders — customers, communities and shareholders. Embracing change as a constant, we work closely with our partners to navigate evolving markets and align values every step of the way.

Single Premium

A single premium paid at loan settlement. The premium can be added to the loan (capitalised) and paid through scheduled repayments.

Pool Cover

Credit risk protection to a pool of mortgages, shielding lenders and investors from losses incurred due to borrower defaults.

Staged Premium

An alternative to single premium paid at loan settlement, spread the premium over a flexible term.

Layered Cover

Also known as Excess of Loss or Stop Loss Cover, providing a safety net for lenders managing credit risks, accepting a defined “first loss” level.
