Arch LMI as used on this website refers generically to our mortgage insurance operations in Australia. Arch’s mortgage insurance operations in Australia are conducted through Arch Lenders Mortgage Indemnity Limited (Arch Indemnity) (ABN 60 74 042 934), our licensed LMI insurer for Australia, and Arch LMI Pty Ltd (ABN 60 601 356 174), which acts as a service company for Arch Indemnity.
The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has authorised Arch Lenders Mortgage Indemnity Limited as a lenders mortgage insurer.
Code Statement
Arch Lenders Mortgage Indemnity Limited has adopted the General Insurance Code of Practice (“the Code”). The Code commits general insurers to a high standard of service and aims to promote better and more informed relationships between insureds and their customers.
