Arch’s mortgage insurance operations in Australia are conducted through Arch Lenders Mortgage Indemnity Limited (Arch Indemnity) (ABN 60 074 042 934), our licensed LMI insurer for Australia with an Australian Credit Licence 388077, and Arch LMI Pty Ltd (ABN 60 601 356 174), which acts as a service company for Arch Indemnity and holds AFSL 549020.
The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has authorised Arch Lenders Mortgage Indemnity Limited as a lenders mortgage insurer.
Code Statement
Arch Lenders Mortgage Indemnity Limited has adopted the General Insurance Code of Practice (“the Code”). The Code commits general insurers to a high standard of service and aims to promote better and more informed relationships between insureds and their customers.
