Serving and supporting the cities in which we live and work, and the causes important to our employees, is important to Arch MI. All employees at Arch MI receive two Volunteer Time Off (VTO) days each year to put care into action. Through our Matching Grants Program, all monetary contributions made by our employees to eligible charities, from $25 to $200,000, are matched dollar-for-dollar. Our philosophy is: We do more when we do it together.

Arch MI is a corporate sponsor to many industry, local and national initiatives. Annually, we survey employees to find out the causes that they care about and align our charitable giving based on their feedback.

Arch MI is a passionate supporter of the MBA Opens Doors Foundation. As well as being the largest single contributor to MBA Opens Doors, Arch MI holds the coveted honor of making the largest contribution in the program’s history.

Opens Doors is a nonprofit organization that helps individuals and families facing housing challenges as a result of the significant costs of medical care for a seriously ill or injured child. It allows families to take unpaid leave from work and spend time with their ill child without jeopardizing their homes by providing mortgage and rent payment assistance. The program aligns with our culture and mission of making home ownership a reality.
