Laura Kay has a passion for guiding lenders to the right products to support their goals for non-Agency origination growth.

As head of sales for Arch Mortgage Funding (AMF), she combines her experience in origination, operations, underwriting, sales leadership and secondary marketing to help lenders realize the value and process of adding non-Agency partners to their lineup.

Laura Kay, a seasoned teacher of secondary and warehouse lending for the Mortgage Bankers Association’s School of Mortgage Banking, brings a broad range of training ideas and platforms to lending partners working with AMF.

In 2018, she was named one of Mortgage Professional Magazine’s “40 Under 40” top industry performers and was also a 2020 “Women With Vision” award-winner. Laura Kay is a published author dedicated to teaching new sales skill sets and sharing her marketing, communication and sales development talents with our partners.
