Chad Shipman is Arch MI’s Vice President of Credit Union Sales for the Western region, supervising five Account Managers who cover 25 states.  

Previously, he served as Account Executive for the same region at CMG Mortgage Insurance Company.  Chad has also worked for Wescom Credit Union as Supervisor-Real Estate Operations. He has been in the mortgage industry for more than 20 years and focuses on helping his customers enhance their quality of member service.

Chad earned an associate’s degree from Southern California’s Chaffey College and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.  He is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP), having graduated from the Mortgage Bankers Association’s School of Mortgage Banking. 

Chad is a former president of the Southern California Credit Union Real Estate Network (CUREN) and continues to be active in promoting and participating in CURENs across the Western region..
