Vice President - Credit Union Sales, Eastern Division | U.S. Credit Unions

Ira Oskowsky is Vice President-Credit Union Sales for the Eastern Region. As Vice President, he leads a team of five Account Managers to support credit unions throughout the region.  In addition, he manages long-term customer relationships, and initiates and implements regional sales strategies.

His previous positions in the lending industry include: President of CUMAnet, LLC, a mortgage CUSO; Vice President for National Sales at CU National Mortgage Company, a non-CUSO aggregator with credit union relationships nationally; and Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Constellation Bank. He also held the position of Executive Director at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency.

Ira is a former Mayor and Councilman of the Township of East Brunswick, New Jersey. In addition, he has served on various affordable housing boards and committees, including New Jersey’s Council on Affordable Housing (COAH), Fannie Mae’s New Jersey Partnership Office Advisory Board and the New Jersey Governor’s Housing Opportunities Task Force. He has also served on the Board of Directors for ACUMA (American Credit Union Mortgage Association) and Charlie Mac’s National Advisory Board. Ira is a frequent speaker/presenter at Credit Union mortgage conferences, CURENs and other Credit Union meetings.

Ira received his bachelor’s degree in public accounting from Hofstra University.
