Leonidas Mourelatos

Assistant Vice President, Global Real Estate Economics

Leonidas is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and providing commentary on key economic developments in both the U.S. and global markets as well as for residential and commercial real estate. As such, he is a frequent speaker at industry events.

He joined Arch MI in 2022. Leonidas worked at AIG for five years, most recently as Credit Risk Officer for Commercial Real Estate and previously as a Lead Risk Analyst covering sovereign and credit risk. Before AIG, he covered U.S. Country Risk at a national and sub-national level for market analytics firm BMI Research.

Leonidas completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Tampa, earning a bachelor's degree in finance and his graduate degree in international commerce and policy at George Mason University.
