Nikki Krukovsky is a seasoned leader in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Divisional Vice President for Arch MI. She oversees strategic direction and growth for the western region’s field sales team, driving business development and performance.

Before joining Arch MI, Nikki spent 25 years in the credit union industry, most notably leading real estate lending for Arizona’s largest credit union. Her leadership was instrumental in the institution’s success.

Nikki is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and an active member of both the national and Arizona chapters of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). She served as President of the Arizona chapter in 2016 and will join its advisory board in the coming year to support strategic planning and future growth. Her involvement at both the state and national levels reflects her commitment to industry advancement and collaboration.

Currently pursuing her MBA at Arizona State University, Nikki is passionate about lifelong learning and personal growth. She believes continued education is essential to staying innovative and impactful in a rapidly evolving industry.

A passionate advocate for community causes, Nikki previously served as Chairwoman of The Care Fund, an Arizona-based charity supporting families with critically ill children. The organization holds a special place in her heart, as Nikki is an Arizona native herself. She remains actively involved with The Care Fund, continuing to support its mission and impact.
