Sharon Knowles is Arch MI’s Account Manager for Washington, Alaska, Montana and North Idaho. 

With a career lasting more than three decades at Arch MI, Sharon is passionate about the mortgage industry. She consistently participates in several trade associations monthly, is a Director Emeritus for the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association and served as its President in 2012.

Sharon received awards in 1993, 1995 and 1997 from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America when she was editor of the WMBA’s “Lending Line” quarterly news publication. The Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals gave her the Outstanding Account Executive recognition in 2016 and 2021.

In 2007, Sharon won the President’s Trophy, which honors our company’s top salesperson in the U.S.

She is a graduate of Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in business. Sharon also earned her Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.

Sharon loves to paddleboard, hike and bike in her free time.
