Features include: Credit scores from 620. Loan amounts to $2,500,000.	Features include: LTVs to 100%. Student debt exclusion. Reduced MI coverage option.	Features include: LTVs to 100%. Eligible borrowers include CPAs, Attorneys, Engineers.

AMGC Community Heroes Program	AMGC EqualAccess Homeownership Program	AMGC Interest-Only Program
Features include: LTVs to 99%. Eligible borrowers include teachers, firefighters and employees of medical care facilities.	Features include: LTVs to 99%. 100% AMI. Options for boarder income, non-traditional credit, non-occupant borrowers.	Features include: Interest-only payment terms. Loan amounts to $1,000,000. Qualify at fully amortized PITI.

Lenders must be approved for an AMGC Master Policy (AMGC Master Policy application).

Loans insured with AMGC are not eligible to be sold to the GSEs.
