Blaine Rada, CSP

Senior National Trainer & Instructional Designer

Blaine Rada, a mortgage industry veteran who began his career in 1985, is currently a Senior National Trainer and Instructional Designer at Arch MI. A gifted trainer and coach, he helps individuals and organizations differentiate themselves and achieve their goals in a highly competitive mortgage environment. As an accomplished thought leader, public speaker and debater, Blaine earned the title of America’s Greatest Thinker in 2005 and 2022 and holds the National Speakers Association’s highest earned designation, Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). Notably, in 2019, he published an award-winning book chronicling his inspirational 500-mile trek of the Camino de Santiago across Spain, and he is an avid recreational athlete, having conquered an ironman-distance triathlon and multiple ultra-marathons, including a 100-mile race. Blaine is a Mensa member with certificates in distance education from Indiana University and applied neuroscience from The Neuroscience School. His public career and personal achievements exemplify his commitment to excellence, innovation and continuous learning.


Stephanie M. Clark, AMP

Senior National Trainer & Instructional Designer

Stephanie is an accomplished mortgage training professional with a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry. As a Senior National Trainer and Instructional Designer for Arch MI, Stephanie plays a pivotal role in enhancing the knowledge and skills of Arch MI customers. She oversees the design of courses — including online tools and resources — develops comprehensive curricula and facilitates both remote and classroom training sessions.

Stephanie’s mortgage career spans over two decades. Prior to her Arch MI tenure, Stephanie held a position at a national financial services company where she was responsible for building and delivering comprehensive operations curriculum. Stephanie’s extensive experience also includes hands-on roles as a processor and underwriter, further enhancing her understanding of the mortgage landscape. Beyond her professional endeavors, Stephanie actively engages in her community by serving on two local boards, volunteering with various organizations and serving as an Officer of Election.
