Three live webinars in April will enhance your understanding of how homebuyer income should be analyzed and evaluated, and offer eligible attendees a certificate of completion.
In Part I, we review what makes income acceptable, dive into various income sources, discuss when documentation proving income continuance is required and examine taxable vs. non-taxable income.
In Part II, you will become familiar with documentation for employment income and the various components of paystubs and W-2s.
In Part III, you will learn the steps of calculating qualifying base pay and the most common types of variable income from employment.

Blaine Rada, CSP
Senior National Trainer & Instructional Designer
Blaine Rada is a Senior National Trainer & Instructional Designer with Arch MI, bringing more than 40 years of mortgage industry experience to his business and personal development keynotes. Twice named America’s Greatest Thinker, he also walked the 500-mile Camino de Santiago in Spain — twice — and wrote an award-winning book about his first trek. A Mensa member with certifications in Distance Education and Applied Neuroscience, Blaine helps individuals and organizations differentiate themselves in a highly competitive environment. A Chicago-area resident, he’s been married for 40 years and is proud of his expanding family that now includes two granddaughters and four grand dogs — all Golden Retrievers.
Stephanie M. Clark, AMP
Senior National Trainer & Instructional Designer
Stephanie Clark is an accomplished training professional with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. As a Senior National Trainer and Instructional Designer with Arch MI, Stephanie plays a pivotal role in enhancing the industry knowledge and skills of Arch MI customers. She oversees the design of courses — including online tools and resources — develops comprehensive curricula and facilitates both remote and classroom training sessions. Beyond her professional endeavors, Stephanie actively engages in her Norfolk, VA community by serving as an elected officer on three local nonprofit boards, volunteering with various organizations and serving as an Officer of Election each November.
